This is a 9-storey condo project with a contemporary architectural design is making its way to Downtown Toronto, surrounded by transit and retail.

Designed by Giannone Petricone Associates, this building will feature a distinct architectural design that will also be built on top of an existing building, bringing in elements of old and new.

1354 Queen Street West Condos will be over 10,000 square-feet of retail space on the ground floor and over 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space located on the third and fourth floor.

We can expect these suites to come with open-concept layouts, bright interiors and balconies or private terraces in each unit. This development will appeal to anyone, no matter their lifestyle as there are a wide-range of suite layouts and sizes. The design of the development will integrate the existing south facade as the base of the building.

This integration will preserve the historical architectural elements on Queen Street and will complement the commercial space on the street. The rest of the development will incorporate a new structure with setbacks on the north-west side of the building to create its own uniqueness. The design will feature ivory-coloured cladding, large floor-to-ceiling windows and glazing around the balconies.
