1615 Kingston Road Condos is a new condo development by Altree Developments, currently in preconstruction at 1615 Kingston Road, Toronto.
1615 Kingston Road Condos will offer 264 residential units ranging from 30 – one bedroom units, 104 – one bedroom plus den, 100 – two bedroom, 25 – three bedroom and 5 – live/work units. The front facade facing Kingston Road will have setbacks from the property line.
The ground floor will have over 1,000 square-feet of retail space, some indoor amenities and live work units. The rest of the building on the north-east side will have setbacks moving up the building.
These setbacks mean that residents will have access to their own private terrace on every level.
1615 Kingston Road Condos will have over 5,800 square-feet of indoor amenity space that will reside on the lower levels and ground floor and over 6,400 square-feet of outdoor amenities which will include a large terrace on the fifth floor. Parking space will be available with 244 vehicle spaces reserved or residents and 27 reserved for visitors.
1615 Kingston Road Condos will have a modern architectural design with red brick on the lower levels and a mix of black, grey and white precast paneling framing the rest of the building.
Modern elements of glass will be incorporated as well with large windows and glass guardrails around the balconies and terraces. We can only expect the interior suites to come with modern features and finishes and bright, spacious layouts.
