The Proposed Development implements a stepped form of design to maintain adequate light and limit shadows impacts to the Apartment Neighbourhoods designated properties to the north. 26 Greenbriar Condos entrance is situated on the southeast corner of the building, providing clear access and visibility of the Proposed Development’s entrance from Greenbriar Road and TaIara Drive.

The Proposed Development’s total gross floor area is 24,320 square metres with a total proposed Floor Space Index on the Subject Site of 7.30 times the area of the lot.
