3775 Dundas Street West Condos is a new condo project by TAS will be located at 3775 Dundas St W, Toronto.

A unique project in Toronto’s Lambton neighbourhood, this 12-storey condominium will feature conventional condo suites, along with a selection of townhomes and two-storey live/work units with direct access from the street. With a contemporary design by Teeple Architects, this building will both reflect its streetscape while adding a modern twist. The building will front onto Dundas West, where 12 two-storey live/work spaces line the street, accessible directly from the sidewalk.

Another 12 townhomes will be part of the development, integrated into the facade along the west and south facades, the latter of which overlooks a ravine. All townhomes will be accessible from street level.

Meanwhile, an intimate residential lobby will be located at the northwest corner of Dundas and Humber Hill Avenue. In total this condo’s units will contain a mix of 24 studios, 136 one-bedroom, 120 two-bedroom and 13 three-bedroom units.

Residents will have access to 6,695 square feet of indoor amenity space on the ground floor, along with another 6,695 square feet of outdoor amenity space, spread between the ground floor and a communal rooftop terrace on the 11th floor. 311 parking spots will be included as well.
