This elegant condo project is set to invigorate Scarborough’s Agincourt neighbourhood.
Adding to the 4,200 condominium units planned in all of Scarborough, this condominium will feature 243 units of one-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. It is also proposed to have distinctive work-from-home amenities.
The architect, IBI Group, who worked on the condo project Untitled Toronto, will be designing this 36,966 square foot condo. 4415 Sheppard Avenue East Condos will mirror the L-shape design of the Oriental Centre it faces, located on the northeast side of the same intersection. Similarly, this project’s corner will have rounded flush windows, but with gold accents throughout the exterior.
Investors can expect this 11-storey condo to consist of 243 units. The layout will feature a range of unit styles including 86 one-bedroom, 70 one-bedroom-plus-den, 25 junior two-bedroom, 40 two-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom-plus-den and two three-bedroom units.
It has been reported that this building will have amenities suited for people who work from home. This could include meeting rooms and work-from-home spaces on the second, fourth, fifth and sixth floors. The 10th floor will also be available for additional indoor amenity space and an outdoor terrace overlooking the area. Approximately 2,895 square feet of outdoor amenity space is proposed for the penthouse floor.
This project is set to have 163 car parking spaces and 183 bike parking spaces distributed between the underground parking, ground and second floor. The ground floor will also house a lounge lobby, a 3,728 square foot retail unit in the building’s northeast corner with direct pedestrian access from the street. Last but not least, the northwest corner will contain a 2,810 square foot fitness centre.
