5205 Yonge Street Condos is a new condo development by Inmino Developments Inc., currently in preconstruction at 5205 Yonge Street, Toronto.
This pre-construction project will sit on Yonge Street between Sheppard and Finch Avenue East in Willowdale neighbourhood.
5205 Yonge Street Condos development is proposed to feature 32 storeys and house 329 units and grade level retail floor area.
5205 Yonge Street Condos is expected to house 19,877 square-metres of residential gross floor area and 250 square-metres of retail gross floor area. It will rise 32 storeys high and include 329 units available in various layouts. The layouts will include studio units one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom and 3-bedroom units.
The new sophisticated mixed-use condominium will have top of the line amenities to make condo living the utmost comfortable for its residents. The condo will feature designated concierge and security space, a mailroom, parcel room, bike storage spaces and a generous parking garage. The parking garage will be four levels below grade and include a total of 132 parking spaces available accessible to its residents.
