Brightwater Towns is a new townhouse development by Diamondcorp, Dream Unlimited Corp., Fram Building Group and Kilmer Group, currently in preconstruction at 70 Mississauga Road South, Mississauga.
This pre-construction project by Dream, DiamondCorp, FRAM + Slokker and Kilmer Group will be constructed at 70 Mississauga Road South, in Mississauga’s Port Credit neighbourhood. The towns will consist of 106 townhomes, divided into 12 charming rows.
These homes will be added to the ambitious community which houses 14 acres of public parks, 300,000+ square-feet of shops, restaurants, offices and services, and an elementary school.
Brightwater Towns will rise up to four storeys high and feature units anywhere from 1,900-2,600 square-feet. The elegant towns will consist of 106 units divided into 12 rows conveniently located in the 72-acre master-plan. Investors can expect the layouts to include spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units.
The exterior architecture will be modern and unique with grey hues and slanted roofs. The top half will feature light grey panellings, and the bottom will feature stone grey brick. The towns will have large black steel framed, glass that will allow a lot of natural light in. Additionally, the homes will feature rooftop terraces accessible to the residents, and ample room in the front and back yards, landscaped with lush green lawns, and plants.
Brightwater Towns will be adjacent to the live/work units, which are a part of a different phase in the project. The master-planned community in its entirety, will feature a total of five parks, an elementary school and an envisioned community centre accessible to all the residents of the neighbourhood.
Additionally, the development will include 4 buildings dedicated to retail and commercial use which will greatly increase the employment opportunities in the area and 3 mixed-use buildings that will hold both retail and residential space. Six new streets and 18 acres of open spaces and public realms are being added to allow for convenience and comfort.
