Cielo Condos Toronto  involves bringing the church up to code, restoring its oversized cathedral windows and creating a pedestrian breezeway that connects to the new residential tower.

The developers are partnering with ERA Architects – who specializes in heritage restoration – and KPMB Architects, who skillfully handled the modernization of the Royal Conservatory of Music, which sits just down the street.

Dimensions will be available in 445 square feet to 600 for one-bedrooms, 925 square feet to 1,000 for two-bedrooms and 1,733 for three-bedrooms, plenty of space for young families or those who prefer a more spacious unit to call home.

Residents of Cielo Condos Toronto will be greeted when they arrive at the hotel-inspired lobby which features 24-hour concierge service. Along the ground floor, one can also find a spacious lounge that opens up the outdoor terrace with a private garden oasis and art sculpture.

Other amenities found at grade include convenient storage locker access, mailroom, parcel, room, and moving room. Additionally, A small retail or café space will be incorporated into the site, but it’s the restored cathedral, however, that will remain the focus of the property.

Pigeon House, which was gifted to the church in 1945 and sits immediately north of the site, will also be included in the redevelopment, connected to the Cielo Condos Toronto tower’s base.

The 6th floor will be solely dedicated to amenity space containing a media Lounge equipped with a gourmet kitchen, dramatic double-sided fireplace, and lounge area where city views can be enjoyed.

The Skyline Terrace Will be found on this floor which provides views of the gorgeous backdrop of Toronto’s Skyline, offering an elevated lounge experience appointed with sculptural art.

At Cielo Condos Toronto , a fully-equipped fitness and cardio centre with a private yoga studio will also be provided on this floor where residents can conveniently get their daily workout in without ever having to leave the residence.
