East Station Towns is a New Condo development by Mattamy Homes located at Eglinton Ave E & Danforth Rd, Toronto.

This pre-construction project is located at 2787 Eglinton Ave E, at the the southeast corner of Eglinton Avenue East and Danforth Road.

East Station Townhomes will be comprised of six 4-storey stacked townhouses standing at roughly 15.41 metres high. The back to back buildings will house between 12 and 46 units each. A projected 198 units will be available in the community which will span a proposed 19,4321 sq. ft.

The first townhouse block, Block A, is proposed to boast 12 back-to-back stacked units. Fronting onto Horton Boulevard, this block will house 4 two-bedroom units, and 8 three-bedroom units. The latter will be perfectly suited for young families in the city, proving that space doesn’t always have to be problematic in the city. Every unit will be complete with a balcony, with upper units boasting rooftop terraces.

Block B, the second townhouse block, will stand at the corner of Danforth Road and Horton Boulevard, approximately 10.8 meters away from the Block A. The space will be occupied by landscaped open space, including greenery and pathways for pedestrians. With 32 units, Block B also stands at roughly 15 metres, with four storeys like the others. The building will make a range of two 2-bedroom units and thirty 3-bedroom units available.

Like the first block, all units will have balconies with the upper units boasting rooftop terraces. These suites will be accessible from their front door on either the planned internal pedestrian pathway, Horton Boulevard, or Danforth Road. If a unit is fronting the pedestrian pathway, it will have promised access to individual entryways due to patios sitting below grade.

The third townhouse block, Block C, will be comprised of 20 units. The building will stand four storeys, at 14.4 metres. It will be located south of the Danforth Road and Eglinton Ave E intersection, along the Danforth Road. A total of two 2-bedroom units and eighteen 3-bedroom units will be available with each having balconies, save for the upper units which will have rooftop terraces. Four of the building’s units will boast access from a shared entryway fronting an open space area and pedestrian pathway. The other twelve units will be fronting Danforth Road. The remaining four units will have entryways from below grade sunken patios.

Blocks D, E and F will stand in a parallel fashion, with Block D separated from Block C by 8.3 metres. The blocks will stand respectively at a maximum of 13.8 metres, 13.1 metres and 12.6 metres. Together they will hold 134 units, comprised of 48 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, and 62 three-bedroom units.

Each suite will have front door access to either a pedestrian mews, internal walkway or public street to help resident access. Two archway entrances have been included in order to connect the public sidewalk along Eglinton Ave E. As mentioned, the blocks will be unified by landscaped pedestrian pathways complete with stunning greenery, and short-term bicycle parking racks.

A common parking garage will be accessible for the residents of the six blocks, with 198 resident spaces, 36 visitor parking spaces and 135 long-term bicycle parking spaces. At grade, an addition two additional visitor spaces, two barrier-free spaces, and 14 short-term bicycle parking spaces will be made available.
