The Mill Landing Condos is a New Condo development by Amico located at Mill St & Guelph, Halton Hills.
This new condo development has a number of applications seeking to redevelop the area around the former Memorial Arena lands in Georgetown in order to build three multi-storey condo structures.
AMICO is planning to build a total of three phases. The first phase will be The Mill Landing, which will rise 6 storeys high, while future phases 2 and 3 are still under review by the town and are expected to rise 6-storeys and 5-storeys respectively.
