The Pacific Condos is a new condo development by Oldstonehenge and Clifton Blake, currently in preconstruction at 2946 Dundas Street West, Toronto.

Welcome to a new, contemporary mid-rise coming to Toronto’s thriving west end. This condominium will be 8-storeys high and will have 102 residential suites. This will be a mixed-use development and will have plenty of retail and office space.

The Junction is a growing neighbourhood because of its small town charm and close proximity to the downtown core. Investors will find families, young professionals and artists residing here. This vibrant neighbourhood is filled with art, boutique shops, restaurants and music venues.

This boutique-style, mid-rise will have a combination of warm red brick and stone cladding. This 8-storey building will have 102 residential suites separated between one to three bedroom units. Long term and short term bicycle spaces will be available as well providing an extra 136 spaces.

The building will offer over 20,000 square-feet of retail space and 50,000 square-feet of office space. A proposed restaurant and terrace will sit on the ground floor for residents and visitors to enjoy. This additional space will be sure to increase employment opportunities in the building giving residents the opportunity to live and work in one location.

Residents will enjoy over 2,800 square-feet of indoor amenity space and over 3,300 square-feet of outdoor amenity space. The outdoor terraces will be nicely landscaped and will offer lounge areas and barbeques. We can expect to see indoor amenities that are comfortable and functional, such as a party room, kitchen facilities and a fitness centre.

Oldstonehenge

Oldstonehenge has been active in the GTA since 2009.
